Daily Update Emails
All of our customers receive a daily update Email which is automatically dispatched to them each evening with key information relating to their accounts.
- Daily Tracking Numbers for items processed on our recorded and tracked services.
- Daily Items count of the number of sacks/boxes/received by our sortation hub.
- Account updates related to their days parcels or responses to customer queries.
Service updates on our UK and international services relating to how our services work possible delivery delays and other important updates communicated to us by our carriers.
At Post'n'Packages our dedicated Account Managers work with our customers on day to day issues related to their account, whilst also providing additional support where required.
- Our Team work alongside our customers to optimise packaging and labelling to ensure parcels do not experience delays in transit which can be avoided.
- Problems with parcels are handled by our team on site, rather than simply returned to our customers- thereby minimising any delivery delay for the end customer.
- We work with our customers to develop new services and explore new markets which may help them grow their sales.
